Dr. Sateesh Chandra Alavala is a distinguished pulmonologist and the first in Visakhapatnam and North Andhra Pradesh to hold a DM qualification in Pulmonary Medicine. With over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of respiratory conditions, Dr. Sateesh Chandra has developed a strong reputation for his expertise and patient-centered approach. His key areas of interest include the management of asthma, allergy, COPD, and lung cancer.

In addition to his clinical acumen, Dr. Sateesh Chandra is well-versed in advanced interventional pulmonology procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), which play a crucial role in the diagnosis and management of complex lung diseases.
He is currently serving as a Consultant Pulmonologist at KIMS Hospital, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, and also offers consultations at his clinic located in Ramnagar, Visakhapatnam. Dr. Sateesh Chandra remains committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with respiratory disorders across the region.
